These pool rules can and will be changed as necessary. This process will evolve with the pool as new problems arise. The Village at Freedom Place is going to have a hard time keeping individuals from the neighboring properties from visiting the pool area at their leisure. Each homeowner needs to be attentive and ready to respond when this does occur. The HOA cannot afford to actually hire a full time pool attendant, therefore the responsibility of the upkeep and will fall on the individual homeowners.
If you should find someone from a neighboring property trespassing in the pool area, warn them that you will contact the Junction City Police Dept. and then do so. When this occurs please notify Jeff Olson at 785-226-2388 so that we can follow up on the issue. Please be aware that unless you know the identity of the person trespassing the police / HOA will not be able to file any complaints.
